Mr. Pérez has spent his life painting homes—and through years of hard work, he saved up to build one of his own. What started as a request for a standard model turned into a fully custom home, designed together with the entire Pérez family. Their wish list was simple but meaningful: a primary suite, two bedrooms for the kids, and a space for Mr. Pérez’s favorite tradition grilling for family gatherings. We proposed an H-shaped layout centered around a patio that seamlessly connects the outdoor BBQ, indoor kitchen, and living space. When the sliding panels open, the house doubles in experience, blending inside and out. This is more than a house it's a story of legacy, family, and designing with purpose.
